Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1meadowandstone@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
